The Festival Market is expected to attract large numbers of local and interstate dance artists as well the general public for a day of shopping and entertainment. The event will be advertised extensively in print, social media, radio, and online.

STALL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

  • Stall types & costs: Stall fees are according to stall size and setup:
STALL A: 2.4 x 2.4mtres. Includes: 1 trestle table. This stall type is best suited to vendors who wish to bring additional clothing racks or an extra table.
$220 per stall space. - FULL

STALL B: 2.4 x 1.6mtres. Includes: 1 trestle table.
$200 per stall space. -  FULL

STALL C: 1.6 x 1.8mtres. Includes: 1 trestle table.
$170 per stall space. One Space Left!

  • Market Venue: City Diggers Wollongong, 82 Church St, Wollongong 2500.
  • Payment: to be paid in full via Direct Deposit. Please submit your stall application form and we will issue you an invoice. Stall space cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Admission: includes 3 entry passes per stall for stallholders/workers
  • Stall allocation: Festival attendants will direct you to your space on the day.
  • Access: There is elevator access to the auditorium level. Enter through the club main doors. All visitors are expected to sign-in upon entry to the club. Parking is available in David Jones multi-storey car park next door to the club.
  • Goods: belly dance, clothes, dance wear, costumes, jewellery, music, new age, art, bric-a-brac etc.
  • Food: Sorry food stalls are not permitted
  • Set-up /close down: Set-up no earlier than 9.00am. Close down is between 3.00pm and 4.00pm.
  • Insurance: Stallholders are required to attach their Certificate of Currency of insurance with this application. If the stallholder does not hold insurance please complete the declaration below.
  • NOTE: premises must be vacated by 4.30pm sharp, significant additional costs apply if the venue isn’t cleared by this time and any such costs will be passed on to the responsible stallholders.u
